Our largest conference room
Hadrianus which can seat up to
320 persons in theatre style is an ideal venue for conferences, banquets, balls and exhibitions. This room can be divided into two parts by a movable wall.
Our
Marcus Aurelius room has a capacity of
70 people in theatre style and its audiovisual system is connected to that of Hadrianus room. The
Foyer can be superbly used for coffee breaks adjoins both rooms.
On the ground floor we have
ten middle-sized meeting rooms, all with daylight. In front of the meeting rooms there is our
Mithras Gallery which you can use for coffee breaks or cocktail reception.
In addition to video conferencing facilities our elegant
Consilium Boardroom features luxurious furniture, adjustable lighting, air-conditioning and high quality catering which allow you to work in a perfect comfort.

In cooperation with Hungary’s biggest wireless hotspot provider we offer
fast lane Internet access (WI-FI) through wireless connection in all meeting rooms and guest areas of our hotel. In the guest rooms you can enjoy the same facility through wire and wireless connection (LAN, WI-FI).
In order to meet special requirements of our clients we can ensure high speed (4-34 Mbit/s) fibre optic lines in our conference rooms. Special technical equipment enabling Internet access is also available.
Following the latest trends we ensure our clients the possibility to use
VPN (Virtual Private Network) technology, by which they can access their company or home resources quickly and conveniently. Using your laptop you can connect to your company network, respectively you can synchronize your company or home mail system. Special company applications can be reached by secure connection (CRM, PMS systems).
